Abstract

Este artículo apunta a presentar y describir un proyecto de trabajo e investigación en marcha. Nos referimos a un proyecto de Digitalización y Base de Datos del Fondo Judicial obrante en el Archivo de la Provincia de Corrientes, Argentina. Por esa razón a lo largo del artículo se analiza la configuración del archivo local, los proyectos semejantes que existen en la región vinculados a la digitalización de fuentes y por último se presentan ejemplos de los casos judicializados en la justicia de primera instancia correntina, que posibilitan un estudio de una sociedad en los márgenes del Imperio Español.This article aims to present and describe a work project and ongoing research. We refer to a Digitization Project and Database of the Judicial Fund operating in the Archive of the Province of Corrientes, Argentina.
