Abstract
En este artículo expongo de manera sucinta la diferenciación entre miedo individual y miedo social, y la vinculación de ambos con el orden social y político. A partir de ello, presento la forma histórica en que se comenzó a intervenir sobre los mismos en el marco de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, tras cuya finalización se constituyeron agencias diferenciadas para la intervención en el campo político-social y militar, y en el ámbito del mercado. Finalmente realizo consideraciones sobre la situación actual en nuestro país, y repasamos las posiciones típicas sobre el fenómenoIn this article I discuss briefly the distinction between personal fear and social fear, and linking both to the social and political order. From that, I present the historical way in which he began to intervene on them as part of the Second World War, after whose completion agencies differentiated for intervention in the socio-political and military fields were formed, and the market area.
