El análisis de la participación de una docente de Nivel Inicial en un dispositivo de formación permitirá mostrar algunas de las características que asume el proceso de formación en relación con sus aspectos intersubjetivos. El dispositivo en que la docente participó tenía como objetivo favorecer el desarrollo de conocimientos y habilidades que permitieran construir estrategias para andamiar el desarrollo de la narrativa infantil en actividades de relato de experiencias personales y de lectura de cuentos. Contó con una instancia grupal y una individual. La instancia individual tomó la forma de entrevistas en las cuales la formadora y la docente analizaron la actividad realizada por la docente,que había sido videofilmada y transcripta. De acuerdo al análisis se hipotetiza que en esta entrevista cada una de las partes construye para el otro y para sí un personaje y una escenario en el discurso, construcción que es luego negociada. A partir del análisis cualitativo de las entrevistas se describe el modo en que se lleva a cabo la construcción de este personaje y de esta escenografía y los movimientos que esta construcción sufre en el encuentro y confrontación con otras definiciones posibles, así como los cambios en la actitud de la docente.In the present work the analysis of the involvement of a preschool teacher in a complex training device will allow us to show some of the features of the teacher education process related to its intersubjective aspects. The device was intended to promote the development of knowledge and skills that would enable teachers to build a series of strategies to scaffold the development of children´s narrative in activities such as retelling of personal experiences and story- reading. The teacher education device offered a group and an individual instance. The individual instance consisted of interviews in which the teacher and the teacher trainer analyzed the activities carried out by the teacher, which had been previously videofilmed and transcribed. It has been hypothesized that in this interview each of the parts uses discourse to build for the other and for themselves a character and scenery and that this construction is then negotiated. On the basis of the qualitative analysis of the interviews the way in which the construction of this character and of the scenery is carried out, the movements that this construction suffers in the confrontation with other possible definitions and the changes in the teacher´s attitude are described.Fil: Manrique, Maria Soledad.
