The harmonization and education: some tendencies of the educational reform in the Republic of Serbia

Abstract

The Serbian society, as well as the majority of the societies in transition, show complete "openness" for globalizing influences, which, at a practical level, is realized by the implementation of the harmonization with the so-called European space. Therefore, the total developmental policy is perceived as exclusively the process of accelerated adjustment to international standards.
