Kathy Reardon Kennedy  23 May 2018  Two professors who influenced my path in life:  1 Sr. Mary Philemon convinced me to both major in chemistry and that I would get a job teaching even though I could not get the student teaching in while an undergrad.  She was right, as I started teaching the September after graduating in 1968.  2 Dr. Ascanio Dipippo and Dr. George Morris were extremely knowledgeable and educationally gifted in the skill of how to teach chemistry, which made me a better teacher when I had students.  I also found that I was highly competent in both content and teaching approaches, well prepared to say the least when I graduated and took on my first teaching assignment.   At Salve I acquired more courses for this major than most of my colleagues in the early years of teaching.
