Her research interests include special education assessment and special education teacher retention. Judith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministries from Emmanuel College, a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education from the University of South Carolina, and is National Board certified. She has taught special education for 25 years. She currently teaches elementary students with Intellectual Disabilities in the Kershaw County School District in South Carolina and serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Education Department of Gardner-Webb University.  Pamela Moore: ​Pam is a doctoral candidate at Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, North Carolina. Her research interests are focused on how behavior impacts student instruction and achievement. Pam works for Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools as an Exceptional Children inclusion and resource teacher. During her 15 year career, Pam has also taught in the following areas: Pre-K, K-2 Cross-Category Behavior Support, and High School Adapted Curriculum. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Master of Arts in Teaching Special Education, both from Salem College. She is certified in the state of North Carolina in the following areas: K-12 Learning Disabilities, K-12 EC General Curriculum, K-12 EC Adapted Curriculum, EC English, K-6 EC Math, EC Language Arts, and EC Science.  Alisha Privette: ​Alisha is a doctoral candidate at Gardner-Webb University in North Carolina. Her research interests include common formative assessment and student achievement. Alisha currently teaches Biology at Anson High School for the Anson County School District in North Carolina. She is also a Phlebotomy Instructor for Richmond Community College. Alisha has her undergraduate degree in Health Science from Arizona State University, a Master of Science in Education from Walden University, and is certified in Project Lead the Way (PLTW) Biomedical Sciences and General Science 9-12.
