Planning a postprocessor to convert NC/ISO G-Code to translations for a 3/5 axis robot ACMA ABB XR701

Abstract

V zaključnem delu prikazujemo, kako z implementacijo poprocesorja za pretvorbe NC/ISO G-kode v translacije 3/5 osnega robota ACMA-proizvajalca ABB-model XR701 zmanjšamo strošek nakupa robota in pripadajoče programske opreme. Poprocesor z linearno algebro in razčlenjevanjem pretvori program za rezkanje kompleksnejših oblik, večjih dimenzij in pohitri nastavitev ter pretvorbo kode z uporabo uporabnikom prijaznega vmesnika izdelanega v programski opremi Visual Studio 2017 CLI (angl. Combined Language Infrastructure) in programskim jezikom C++. Na ta način privarčujemo pri nakupu licence programske opreme za pretvarjanje ISO G-kode v robotsko kodo.In the final work, it is presented how with the implementation of a postprocessor for converting NC/ISO G-code into translations for the robot ACMA manufacturer ABB model XR701, the costs of purchasing the robot and the associated software are reduced. The postprocessor with linear algebra and parsing converts the program for cutting complex shapes and bigger dimensions, speeds up the settings and conversion using a user-friendly interface created in the software Visual Studio 2017 CLI (Combined Language Infrastructure) and C++ programming language. This saves us the purchase of licensed software programs for converting ISO G-code into a robotic code
