Человечество как будто забыло уроки прошлого и наделало «ошибок» больше, чем за всю свою историю. Одной из причин этих «ошибок», приведших к многочисленным трагедиям и катастрофам в различных странах и регионах стало возникновение и развитие тоталитаризма. Тоталитаризм – это форма перехода к рациональному обществу при существенном отставании от развитых стран, форма разрыва с традиционным обществом, попытка через скачки сделать то, чего другие народы добивались долго и постепенно. Тоталитаризм основан не столько на эволюции традиций, сколько на мобилизации ресурсов для ускоренного развития. Однако, на практике они сопровождаются внутри и внешнеполитическими авантюрами. Если отдельные скачки удаются, то только в каком-нибудь одном, узком направлении.
