Sanitary purpose of urban green spaces has been considered. We distinguished different purposes of urban green spaces which depend on positions of it in the urban environment. Also we proposed some recommendations in species assortment, areal density of plants and space-planning structure for municipal forestry objects in the Middle Urals region
