Abstract
Diplomová práce se věnuje rehabilitaci města Klatovy hledáním ideálního strategického plánu pro jeho největší transformační území nacházející se mezi železniční tratí a korytem Drnového potoka, které je v současnosti největší slabinou, ale zároveň potenciálem města. Práce si klade za cíl posílit vzájemné vazby v širším měřítku města a upevnit intenzitu obrazu místa. V detailnějším měřítku se práce věnuje návrhu hlavního těžiště transformačního území, v popředí s novou železniční zastávkou a obchodním domem.The diploma thesis deals with the rehabilitation of the Klatovy by searching for an ideal strategic plan for its largest transformation area, which is located between the railway track and the stream Drnový. This area is currently the biggest weakness but, at the same time the potential of the town. The aim of this thesis is to strengthen mutual relations on the wider scale of the city and to consolidate the image of the place. In more detail, the thesis is devoted to the design of the main center of the transformation area, with a new railway station and shopping centre in the foreground
