Application possibilities of multi-criteria decision-making methods for risk analysis

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá možností aplikace multikriteriálního rozhodování na metody analýzy rizik. Hlavním cílem práce byla aplikace multikriteriálního rozhodování a metody analýzy rizik u metod laserových operací očí. Pomocí multikriteriálního rozhodování, které obsahovalo pět metod laserových operací, byla vybrána metoda ReLEx Smile jako nejvhodnější na základě vybraných kritérií a stanovených vah. V rámci analýzy rizik za použití metody HFMEA byla identifikována slabá místa procesu, vyhodnocena a navrhnuta opatření. Nejméně rizikovou metodou v rámci řízení rizik byla zjištěna metoda ReLEx Smile. ReLEx Smile metoda vyšla jak v rámci multikriteriálního rozhodování, tak analýze rizik jako nejvhodnější metoda, ale z finanční stránky je to metoda nejdražší.This Master's thesis deals with possibility of application of multiple criteria decision making of method of risk analysis. Main purpose of this work was the application of multiple criteria decision making and the methods of risk analysis at the methods of laser vision correction. By the use of multiple criteria decision, which has contained five methods of laser eye surgeries, only method ReLEx Smile has been chosen as the most valid one base on given criteria and given scales. In terms of risk analysis, where method HFMEA has been used, were identified weaknesses in the process. Those weaknesses were evaluated, and some actions were suggested. The method ReLEx Smile was evaluated as the one with the lowest risk. Therefore, the method ReLEx smile in term of multiple criteria decision is shown as the most sufficient, however from the financial aspects as the costliest
