Abstract

Tématem mého diplomového projektu je aktivní život seniorů v kontextu historického jádra města Cheb. Do nevyužitého vnitrobloku na rohu Židovské a Jakubské ulice navrhuji komunitní centrum s týdenním a denním stacionářem. Centrum funguje také jako odlehčovací zařízení. Můj návrh není institucí, ale místem, kde senioři prožívají své stáří. Senioři nejsou pacienti, ale obyvatelé města. Důležitým aspektem je také mezigenerační výpomoc a destigmatizace stáří. Navrhuji dvůr ve dvoře, vertikálně oddělenou zahradu obklopenou domem, společenskou místností. Domy vystupující nad terén jsou rozděleny podle jednotlivých funkcí. Hlavní podlaží je částečně pod úrovní terénu, světlo se do objektu dostává ze zahrady. Vnitroblok je průchozí a z části veřejný.The topic of my diploma project is the active life of seniors in the context of historical core of the city Cheb in the western part of the Czech Republic. I designed a center for seniors with week and day care in the vacant courtyard on the corner of Židovská and Jakubská street. The center also functions as a help center. My design is not an institution; it is a place where seniors experience their lives. In the center seniors are not patiens, they are citzens of the city. Intergeneration assistance and destigmatization of the elderly are also important aspects of the projects. I designed a yard in a courtyard circled by a building, by a common room. Houses emerging above the terrain are divided by their function. The main floor is partially recessed underground and the light is coming from the garden. Some parts of the courtyard are open for public and you can walk through it
