Abstract
Práce se zabývá transformací vytypovaných ploch v rámci katastrálního území Veleslavín. Ty autor považuje za plochy, které svým charakterem nebo funkcí nezapadají do již stabilizované struktury města. Návrh tuto strukturu doplňuje a specifikuje funkce jednotlivých budov a veřejných prostranství. Detailněji se zabývá bývalou teplárnou, kterou transformuje na kulturně komunitní centrum sloužící přilehlému okolí.The thesis deals with the transformation of selected areas within the cadastral territory Veleslavin. The author considers them as areas which do not fit in to the already stabilized city structure. The thesis complements this structure and specifies the functions of buildings and public spaces. The thesis deals in detail with the former heating plant and it´s transformation into a cultural and community center serving the wider surroundings
