Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu v obci Mšeno - Romanov v rozsahu studie a vybraných části dokumentace ke stavebnímu povolení. Daná lokalita se nachází v Chráněné krajinné oblasti Kokořínsko. Výstavba je ovlivněna regulativy CHKO a územní studií od ateliéru 23STUDIO. Ta definuje tvary pozemků, příjezdové cesty, strukturu zástavby a upravuje požadavky regulací. Návrh rodinného domu vychází z kontextu okolní tradiční zástavby a z požadavků modelové rodiny. Jedná se o rodiče se dvěmi dětmi, kteří se zabývají včelařením a předpěstováním stromků. I proto je dům orientován delší stranou do zahrady. Vytváří tak předěl pozemku. Směrem k ulici se nachází veřejnější část. Směrem do zahrady naopak intimější, rodinná část. Tvarové řešení objektu odkazuje na tradiční architekturu, ovšem v soudobé interpretaci.The subject of this bachelor thesis is a design of a family house in village Mšeno - Romanov in the scope of chosen study and selected parts of building permit documentation. Chosen area is situated in Protected Landscape Area Kokořínsko. Construction is influenced by regulations of Protected Landscape Area and urban study of studio 23STUDIO. The urban study defines the shape of the plots, driveway, structure of the urban development and further defines the requests of regulations. Design of the family house is based on the context of the traditional buildings in the neibourhood and requests of model family. Family consists of parents with two childern whose hobby is beekeeping and growth of the young trees. Because of these factors is the longer part of the house oriented towards garden. Facing street, we can find more public part of the house. On the other side, facing the garden, can be found intimate, family part. The chosen form of the house refers to traditional architecture, however used in contemporary interpretation
