Nový kulturní dům. Knihovna. Sokol. Koexistence. Využití vzájemné klientely. Městský dům. Přesouvá se z periferie do centra, generuje intenzitu jádra. Nový kloub na kostře původních hradeb. Multifunkční sál, který nebude mrtvým kamenem ve městě. Forma je maximálně otevřená. Dvě hmoty mezi sebou vytváří platformu pro venkovní akce. Představení před představením. Platforma je střechou foyer, parteru, který vše propojí. Zanoří se do terénu a před sokolem vrcholí prázdnem, dvorkem. Parter ustupuje vzrostlé lípě. Břicho sálu umisťuji na převis, tvoří siluetu ulice. Pod sálem přes den funguje restaurace, knihovna prostupuje do parteru knihkupectvím.A new cultural centre. A library. The Sokol building. Coexistence. Utilizing mutual customer base. A city house. It is transferred from the periphery to the city centre, it generates the intensity of the core. A new joint is added to the original city wall skeleton. A multifunctional hall which will not be a dead gem in the city. The form is open at maximum. The two volumes create a platform for exterior shows. A show before a show. The platform makes the roof of the foyer, the ground floor, which connects it all. The connection sinks into the ground and culminates in front of the Sokol building in a vacant space, a yard. The ground floor steps back from a full-grown lime tree. The belly of the hall hangs over the building, it forms the silhouette of the street. Under the hall there is a restaurant, the library merges with the ground floor by means of a bookshop
