Abstract
Bakalářská práce Manažerská efektivita návrhu a realizace průmyslových staveb se zabývá analýzou procesu projektového managementu průmyslových staveb, ve společnosti, která se zabývá projektovým managementem staveb. V teoretické části se zabývá projektovým managementem, řízením změn, analýzou rizik a multikriteriální analýzou. V praktické části je provedena analýza již uskutečněných projektů, identifikace problémových míst a následně jsou navrhnuty možnosti zlepšení se zohledněním rizik možných variant.The bachelor thesis Managerial efficiency of design and realization of industrial buildings deals with the analysis of the proces of project management of industrial buildings in company dealing with construction project management. The theoretical part deals with project management, change management, risk analysis and multi-criteria analysis. In the practical part is done the analysis of the realized projects, the identification of problem areas and then there is proposed options of improvement with consideration of risks
