Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je koncertní sál a vznik nového centra Liteně v zámeckém areálu. Funkce jednotlivých staveb v zámeckém areálu jsou inspirovány hudební tématikou, která je podpořena působením operní pěvkyní Jarmily Novotné. Dalším cílem projektu je celkové propojení Litně a vytvoření nového fungujícího centra a lepší infrastruktury pro udržitelný rozvoj území. Liteň je aktuálně rozvíjející se oblast s dobrou dopravní dostupností a s výborným potenciálem pro cestovní a turistický ruch. Koncertní sál je navržen tak, aby zapadl do oblasti a byl vstupním objektem do nového areálu a netvořil dominantu přilehlému zámku.The subject of this thesis is a conference hall and a founding of new community center of Liteň in the area of a chateau. The functional aspects of the buildings are inspired by music which is also supported by the activities of the opera singer Jarmila Novotná. Another objective of the project is an overall inner connection of Liteň and acreation of a new well-functioning center and better infrastructure forsustainable development in the area. At the moment Liteň is a quickly developing town with good transport connection and agreat potential for tourism. The concert hall is designed in a way that it fits in the place, can serve as anentry point to the new area and does not overshadow the near chateau
