Abstract
V této práci budu prozkoumávat moderní metody měření postupu fermentačních procesů v mikropivovaru. Dále budu implementovat a testovat automatické řešení na monitorování postupné akumulace ethanolu během procesu fermentace piva.This dissertation surveys the current methods of measuring the progression of micro-brewed beer fermentation processes. In addition, it describes the automatic solution I implemented to monitor the gradual accumulation of ethanol in the process of beer fermentation
