Abstract
Náplní bakalářské práce byla tvorba architektonické studie a vybrané části projektu ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení a to pro objekt novostavby rodinného domu. Zadána byla lokalita v Praze - Hostivaři. Po urbanistické studii lokality byla navržena zástavba řadových rodinných domů s orientací fasád JIH -SEVER. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit harmonické a komfortní bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu s provozovnou v přízemí objektu. Koncept reaguje na orientaci ke světovým stranám, využívá prosklených ploch k dostatečnému osvětlení interiéru a vyniká tak velkorysými průhledy. Provozně je dům členěn dle jednotlivých pater.The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a creation of an architectural study as well as the corresponding project documentation in its required scope. The project documentation should serve to obtaining a building permit for a new family house. The assigned location is Prague - Hostivař. Following an urban planning study of the site, a construction of terraced houses with the orientation of the facades from south to north is proposed. The aim of the thesis is to create a harmonious and comfortable living for a four-member family with an establishment on the ground floor of the building. The concept reacts to the chosen orientation of the facades and uses glass surfaces to provide sufficient sunshine for the interior. As a result, it stands out for its generous views. From the operational perspective the house is divided according to individual floors
