Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou úkolů a připravenosti poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb v rámci ochrany obyvatelstva, především pak základních složek integrovaného záchranného systému s důrazem kladeným na zdravotnickou záchrannou službu. Cílem práce je provést analýzu připravenosti poskytovatelů zdravotních služeb v České republice v rámci ochrany obyvatelstva. Využitými metodami v rámci práce jsou hloubkové rozhovory s pracovníky Zdravotnické záchranné služby Karlovarského kraje a evaluace strategických dokumentů a realizovaných taktických cvičení. V návaznosti na vlastní analytickou část jsou zpracována doporučení pro zefektivnění plnění možných úkolů zdravotnické záchranné služby v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva.This bachelor thesis deals with issue of tasks and preparedness of health service providers in the framework of protection of the population, especially preparedness of the basic components of the integrated rescue system with emphasis on the medical rescue service. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the preparedness of health service providers in the Czech Republic in the framework of the protection of the population. The methods used in the thesis are in-depth interviews with the employees of the Karlovy Vary Medical Emergency Service and evaluation of strategic documents and tactical trainings. On the basis of the analytical part of the thesis, recommendations are made for streamlining the fulfillment of the possible tasks of the medical rescue service in the field of population protection
