Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení rizik v záplavovém území Holoubkovského potoka na území města Rokycany a návrh nejvhodnějších protipovodňových opatření. Úvodní část je zaměřena na legislativu, základní pojmy, charakteristiku hodnoceného území, současný stav protipovodňových opatření na území města Rokycany a přehled využitelných protipovodňových opatření. V praktické části je provedeno vyhodnocení údajů z průběhu minulých povodní, informací získaných při místním šetření a vyhodnocení nevhodnějších protipovodňových opatření. Výstupem bakalářské práce je analýza a výběr nejvhodnějších protipovodňových opatření pro území města Rokycany.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to assess the possible risks in the flood area of Holoubkov Creek in the area of Rokycany City and to project the most suitable flood precautions. The theoretical part is focused on the legislation, basic terms, characteristics of the evaluated area, current flood management in the area of Rokycany City and summary of available flood precautions. The practical part evaluates the facts from the previous floods with the information gained from the local research, and suggests the most relevant flood precautions. The output of the thesis is represented by the analysis and selection of the most suitable flood precautions for the area of Rokycany City
