Abstract
Cílem práce je porovnat zrakovou ostrost řidičů v ČR s platnými normami pro zrakovou ostrost uvedenou ve vyhlášce č. 277/2004 Sb. Následně vyhodnotit procentuální zastoupení řidičů, kteří splňují či nesplňují zákonné podmínky pro provoz vozidla. Pro získávání výsledků používáme přístroj ke screeningu zraku Visiotest. Po vyhodnocení výsledků doporučit řidičům, zdali je nutné podstoupit podrobnější prohlídku zraku či nikoli. Výstupem naší práce je databáze, do které lze průběžně doplňovat nové výsledky. Součástí databáze je grafický výstup v podobě grafů, které jsou stále aktualizovány s přibývajícími daty. Databáze a grafické výstupy slouží pro budoucí použití a sběr dat i mimo tuto práci.The aim of the study is to compare the visual acuity of drivers in the Czech Republic with the applicable standards for visual acuity specified in regulation no. 277/2004 Coll. Then evaluate the percentage of drivers who meet or do not meet the statutory requirements for the operation of the vehicle. For obtaining results we use the machine for vision screening Visiotest. After evaluation the results is recommendation to the drivers, whether it is necessary to undergo a more detailed examination of eyesight or not. The output of work is the database into which we can continually add new results. A part of the database is a graphical output in the form of graphs, which are continually updated with the increasing data. The database and graphical outputs are used for future reference and data collection also out of this study
