Abstract
Cílem této práce je analýza plánování projektů údržby ve Škoda Auto a.s.. Úvodní část obsahuje popsání problematiky plánování údržby v průmyslu a následně základní rozdělení, jak k údržbě přistupovat. Poté je popsán průběh plánování údržby ve Škoda Auto a jednotlivé kroky při zpracování projektů. V závěru je vypracován návrh zlepšení dané problematiky.The aim of this work is to analyze the planning of maintenance projects in Škoda Auto a.s. The introductory part contains the description of maintenance planning in the industry and, consequently, the basic distribution of how to approach the maintenance. Then are described the course of maintenance planning in Škoda Auto and individual steps in project preparation. In conclusion, the proposal for improvement of the given issue is elaborated
