Abstract
Bakalárska práca sa zoberá širším spektrom problematiky fotovoltických elektrární. Dôraz je kladený hlavne na náležitosti spojené s prevádzkou a následnú recykláciu na konci životného cyklu. Túto tému som zvolil z dôvodu jej aktuálnosti v krajinách Európskej únie. V prvej časti rozoberám legislatívu spojenú s prevádzkou fotovoltických elektrární, ktorá z veľkej časti udáva smer rozvoja fotovoltiky v Česku a na Slovensku. Druhá kapitola sa zameriava na porovnanie výkupných cien slnečnej energie medzi Slovenskom a Českom v priebehu rokov a sleduje tak postupný vývoj tohto segmentu energetiky. Tretia kapitola sa zameriava na súčasný stav recyklácie fotovoltického odpadu v rámci Európskej únie. Súčasťou sú tiež technológie recyklácie a nechýba ani legislatíva s ňou spojená. Štvrtá a zároveň posledná kapitola patrí prípadovej štúdii elektrárne, ktorá aj po roku 2025 bude schopná výroby elektrickej energie, ale ostane bez štátnej finančnej podpory. V závere sumarizujem výsledky svojej práce.The bachelor thesis deals with a broader spectrum of photovoltaic power plants. Emphasis is placed mainly on operational and subsequent end-of-life recycling. I chose this topic because of its recency in European union countries. In the first part I will discuss the legislation related to the operation of photovoltaic power plants, which greatly influences the direction of photovoltaic development in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The second chapter focuses on the comparison of the purchase prices of solar energy between Slovakia and Czech Republic over the years, following the gradual development of this energy segment. The third chapter focuses on the current state of photovoltaic waste recycling within the European Union. It also analyzes recycling technologies and legislation connected to the latter. The fourth and the last chapter includes a case study of a power plant that after 2025 will be still able to produce electricity, but will remain without state incentives. At the end of my thesis I summarize the outcome of my work
