Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit podnikatelský plán pro nově vzniklý podnikatelský subjekt - obchodní společnost (s. r. o.) pro technologicky zaměřený podnik. Podnikatelský plán pro technologicky zaměřený podnik vychází ze základní analýzy procesů souvisejících se založením a vznikem podnikatelského subjektu, který se zabývá dodávkou zařízení pro úpravu vody a provádí instalaci potřebných technologií pro dosažení určené kvality vody. Dále vychází z analýzy situace na trhu v oblasti technologií na úpravu vody, doplněných o relevantní odborné informace a stanovuje základní parametry podnikatelské činnosti ve zvoleném oboru. Cílem je, aby nově vzniklý technologicky zaměřený subjekt postupující podle tohoto podnikatelského plánu byl konkurenceschopný subjekt, který s využitím vlastního know-how a dostupných finančních zdrojů zajistil efektivní uspokojování potřeb zákazníků. V návrhové části bakalářské práce, která obsahuje i doporučení k implementaci navrhovaných postupů, práce vychází z provedených analýz a definuje základní parametry podnikatelské činnosti technologicky zaměřeného podniku.The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for a newly based business entity - a trading company (Ltd.) for a technologically oriented enterprise. The business plan for a technology oriented enterprise is based on a basic analysis of the processes related to establishment of a business entity that deals with the supply of water treatment facilities and implements the necessary technologies to achieve the specified water quality. It is also based on the analysis of the market situation in the field of water treatment technologies supplemented by the relevant expert information and defines the basic parameters of the entrepreneurial activity in the chosen field. The aim is that the newly established technologically oriented entity following this business plan will be a competitive entity, which, using its own know-how and available financial resources, will ensure effective satisfaction of customers' needs. In the bachelor thesis proposal, which contains recommendations for the implementation of the proposed procedures, the thesis is based on the analyses performed and defines the basic parameters of the entrepreneurial activity of the technologically oriented company
