Abstract
Zadáním bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout podzemní rodinný dům na svažitém pozemku nedaleko města Mníšku u Liberce. Ten svou tvarovou jednoduchostí a výškovou členitostí reflektuje sklon terénu. Dům je severní stranou zapuštěn do svahu a jižní strana je otevřena pro celodenní proslunění interiéru. Natočení a umístění objektu na parcele je důsledkem reakce na jižní orientaci svahu a plně čerpá benefity plynoucí z lukrativních výhledu na Ještěd. Obývací pokoj je vysunut z terénu a jeho návaznost na venkovní prostředí je podpořena posuvnou celoprosklenou jižní a západní fasádou. Dům nabízí jednoduché a účelné členění vnitřní dispozice s otevřeným propojením obývacího pokoje s jídelní a klidovou částí ve dvou úrovních. Dům tímto kaskádovým řešením nekonfliktně překonává výškový rozdíl mezi úrovní vstupu a venkovní terasou.By submitting the bachelor thesis, an underground family house was designed on a sloping land near the town of Mníšek u Liberce. The shape by its simplicity and elevation corresponds to the sloping terrain. The house is embedded in the northern side of the slope and the southern side is open for all-day sunshine in the interior. Orientation and location on the plot is based on a lucrative view of Ještěd and the south orientation. The living room is ejected from the ground and its connection to the outdoor surroundings is supported by the sliding all-glass south and west façade. The house offers a simple and practical layout of the interior layout with an open connection of the living room with a dining and quiet area on two levels. The house with this level solution overcomes incongruently the height difference between the entry levels and the outdoor terrace
