Abstract
Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu se sekundárním (jiným) využitím jeho části nebo části stavební parcely. Stavební parcelase nachází v Mělníce, Rybáře hned nad zpevněným břehem Labe. Stavební parcela je poměrně úzká, nicméně nabízí hodnotné výhledy na řeku a na protější břeh.The subject of the bechelor thesisi is the design of family house with optional secondary usage of its part or a part of the building site. The building site is located in Mělník, Rybáře right up on a reinforenced shore of river Labe. The building site is considerably thin, but it offers valuable views of the river and opposite shore
