Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá humanitární pomocí České republiky do zahraničí. V první části je teoreticky popsán systém jejího poskytování, zejména činnost zainteresovaných subjektů a zakotvení problematiky v právním řádu. Práce obsahuje také informace o zásadách a formách humanitární asistence a postupu při její realizaci. V praktické části je nejprve provedena analýza aktivit České republiky na úseku humanitární pomoci za posledních 10 let, které jsou následně porovnány s činností dalších vybraných evropských států. Ve vztahu k těmto zemím je rovněž provedena komparace uplatňovaných metod a přístupů. Dále je v práci stručně charakterizováno zapojení Evropské unie. Závěrem je zhodnocena efektivnost stávajícího systému ČR pro poskytování pomoci do zahraničí a návrhy na eliminaci nalezených nedostatků.This thesis deals with the humanitarian aid of the Czech Republic abroad. The first part theoretically describes the system of its providing, particularly activities of the institutions concerned and the issue embodiment in the legal rules. The work also contains information about principles and forms of humanitarian assistance and its implementation procedure. The practical part first analyses humanitarian activities of the Czech Republic for the last 10 years and then they are consecutively compared with the activities of other selected European states. There is also made comparison of the used methods and approaches in respect to these countries. Further, the work briefly characterizes involvement of the European Union. At the end of the work there is showed assessment of the efficiency of the existing system in the Czech Republic for providing humanitarian help abroad and suggestions for the elimination of found out imperfections
