The Activities and Responsibilities of the Municipal Police of the Capital City of Prague in the Field of Security and Crisis Management.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem Činnost a úkoly Městské policie hl. m. Prahy v oblasti bezpečnosti a krizového řízení se dělí na dvě části. V teoretické části je stručně popsán vývoj obecní policie (městské policie), tak aby si čtenář utvořil představu, jak se městská policie v průběhu let vyvíjela. V následujících kapitolách se budeme zabývat náborem a předpoklady uchazečů o zaměstnání strážníka městské policie včetně rozsahu oprávnění strážníků, které jako úřední osoby v souladu s právními předpisy České republiky využívají. Následně popíšeme výcvik uvedených uchazečů se zaměřením na činnost a úkoly městské policie, která se v případě úspěšné složení zkoušky stane jejich každodenní rutinou.in the area of security and crisis management is divided into two parts. The theoretical part briefly describes the development of local police (municipal police), so that the reader can make up an idea of how the municipal police has developer over the years. In the following chapters we will deal with the recruitment and qualifications authorizations, which they as persons in authority make use of in accordance with legal regulations of the Czech Republic. Subsequently, we will describe training of the mentioned applicants with the focus on activity and tasks of the municipal police, which will in the case of passing the exam become their daily routine
