The College, however, will remain open on that day, with all classe" and offices in operation as usual. The holiday will be taken by the College as an in-lieu holiday on Friday, November 26 as part of the Thanksgiving weekend. Thanksgiving Day falls on November 25 this year. Three Men on a Horse Ticket sales are brisk for "Three Men on a Horse," popular Fall drama offering of the Players of the Pear Garden. Tickets are available for most all performances, but are going fast, according to Drama Department spokes­man. Performance dates are: Opening night, Thursday, November 11, and Friday and Saturday, November 12, 13; November 16-20. DON'T FORGET FACULTY WIVES POTLUCK DINNER Dorothy Jambor is taking reservations now for the Faculty Wives Potluck Dinner. All faculty, their spouses or guests and singles are invited. Judge Patrick J, Morris will be the guest speaker for the affair, to be held in the Lower Coimnons November 6 at 7:30 p.m. Call 862-1089 for reservations. * * * PARTY ON ALL A Halloween costume party, free to all students and members of the HALLDW^S EVE College community, is sponsored by the A.S.B. Sunday night, 7 p.m. in the Lower Coimions. A light show, film and other entertainment will be featured. Everyone is welcane. Curriculum Coord. Center earlier this month. + Frank Slaton (Computer Center) spoke to the Inland Empire Chapter of the Insti­tute of Internal Auditors on "A Fresh Look at Auditing Computers," Oct. 20. * * * David Kantorowitz (Psychology) was recently notified that he had passed the Marriage, Family and Child Counseling License Exam. + James Rogers (Bus. Admin.) will present a paper entitled "Polynomial visual models for research and clinical use^ a^t the 29th Annual Conference on Engineering in Medicine and Biology, Nov. 9, in Boston. + David Shichor (Sociology) had a paper entitled "Victimological Aspects of By­stander Involvement," co-authored by Leon Sheleff (Tel-Aviv University), presented at the second Int'l Conference on Victimology last month in Boston. + Peter Spader (Philosophy) has had two aarbicles accepted for publication: "The Silent Ones: Inviting Students to Dialogue," by New Directions in Teaching and "The Possibility of an A Priori Non-Formal Ethics: Max Scheler's Task," in ^  International Philosophical Review. Vol. 9, No. 2, pp. 153-162, + Dick Ackley (Academic Admin.) received a renewal of his $300 grant from the National Strategy Information Center for teaching materials related to national security affairs.
