[Resumen] En este trabajo de fin de grado, discriminación por circunstancias de conciliación familiar, se intenta explicar con claridad la discriminación laboral de mujeres en comparativa con los hombres, así como, los tipos de discriminación y consecuencias jurídicas que ello conlleva. También por otra parte, se hace necesario, definir los beneficios y desventajas de dicha conciliación, y mostrar las diferencias jurídicas en la ley actual comparándolas con la anterior de la reforma laboral. Por último intentar comprender la importancia de la igualdad en las organizaciones y la integración de políticas de conciliación para el beneficio de mujeres y hombres en dicha conciliación con vida familiar y trabajo.[Abstract] This proyect, Discrimination Because of Family Reconciliation Reasons, will explain and clarify the labor discrimination of women compared to men, and also, the different types of discrimination and legal consequences involved. Moreover, we need to define the pros and cons of this conciliation, and show the legal differences between the current law and previous labor legislation. Finally, we will try to understand the importance of the gender equality in the organizations and the implementation of conciliation policies, looking for the benefit of women and men in the already stated conciliation of family and professional life.Traballo fin de grao (UDC.FCT).
