Abstract

En el presente artículo se ofrece un novedoso análisis de una de las obras cumbre del constitucionalismo inglés de finales del siglo XIX y principios del XX, Introductory to the study of the Law of the Constitution, del profesor de la Universidad de Oxford, Albert Venn Dicey. Se analiza el sistema constitucional consagrado en la misma, y el principal motivo de innovación es el hecho de que se planteen su estudio, su matización y su crítica desde dentro de la cultura constitucional anglosajona.
