A user-friendly authoring language and development environment for graphic adventure games

Abstract

This thesis discusses the implementation of a DSL and web IDE to support users with little or no programming experience with the creation of web games focused on interactive storytelling. The system has been implemented to validate the reactive programming model proposed by the evReact framework and its ability to easily represent control flow as a data structure that can be generated by a system like ours. Moreover, we have been able to persist the current state of the workflow by serializing the networks underlying the evReact model
