Abstract
associadas à indisciplina do aluno, e, com destaque, a necessidade
de recursos materiais, a necessidade de recursos pedagógicos e a
deficiente organização do Ministério da Educação.Conscientious of a thematic practically incipient in the world
of the inquiry on the teaching professional life, as she is this of the
success and failure of the professors, we looked for, inside of the qualitative
paradigm, and serving us of the boarding of the life stories, to
inquire the representations of a voluntary group of professors on this
perspective of life. The certifications, worked for Program AQUAD
(Analysis Qualitative Data), had come to demonstrate, for the confirmation
of adjusted hypotheses, that the failure and the success do
not depend on an isolated educative phenomenon, but of the linking
of some sources uncurled in the educative process and its context.
Thus, as axial sources of the teaching success we detected the success
of the pupils, the good relationship with the pupil, the expectations on
the professional success, the social recognition and the recognition
of vocation for education. In turn, as determinative essentials of the
failure, it was possible to identify the unmotivation of the pupils, the
lack of teaching experience and the lack of psychological conditions
for education, all they associates to the indiscipline of the pupil, and,
with prominence, the necessity of material resources, the necessity of
pedagogical resources and the deficient organization of the Ministry
of the Education
