The paper considers the approach to the formaliza-
tion of historical knowledge on the basis of historical sources,
which possess variability, incompleteness and unreliability of
knowledge, OSTIS technology is used as a technological basis,
and knowledge is represented in the form of semantic networks
with a basic set-theoretic interpretation
