Abstract

Import 02/11/2016Obsahem této bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace třípodlažního celopodsklepeného bytového domu. Dům bude po dokončení sloužit k pronájmu budoucích bytových jednotek. Objekt se bude nacházet v lokalitě Třinec – Lyžbice na parcele č. 1242/5, katastrální území Třinec - Lyžbice 771104. Součástí bakalářské práce je projektová dokumentace pro stavební povolení dle Vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb [1], technologický postup provedení vyzdívání obvodového pláště z cihel Porotherm a řešení zásad organizace výstavby dle Vyhlášky č. 499/2006 Sb. o dokumentaci staveb [1]. Dále je součástí rozpočet a časový harmonogram.The content of this thesis is project documentation of all-cellared three-storey residential building. After completion the house will serve for rent future housing units. The building will be constructed of conventional building materials. The building will be located in Trinec - Lyžbice on plot no. 1242/5, cadastral area Trinec - Lyžbice 771,104th Part of my Bachelor thesis is project documentation for building permit under Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. on documentation of buildings [1], technological process of implementation of external cladding made of bricks Porotherm and solutions and principles of organization of the construction according to Decree no. 499/2006 Coll. on documentation of buildings [1].
