Abstract
Import 23/08/2017Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem těžebních postupů v lomu Butkov – Cementárny Ladce, a.s. pro roky 2020-2025.
V úvodních kapitolách popisuji charakteristiku lomu, jeho polohu, umístění a historii. Následně se diplomová práce věnuje popisu současnému způsobu dobývání, samotnými technologickými postupy dobývání, dopravou, úpravou suroviny a jejich zhodnocením. Další kapitola je věnována nynějšímu stavu zásob ložiska. V dalších částech práce již řeším samotný návrh těžebních postupů, který přímo navazuje na platný Plán otvírky, přípravy dobývání, jenž byl zpracován pro období let 2011-2020. V další kapitole se zabývám technicko-ekonomickým a ekologickým zhodnocením navrhovaného řešení.
V závěru mé diplomové práce se věnuji vyhodnocení cílů mé práce s doporučením návrhu změn způsobu dobývání oproti současnému stavu.This thesis describes the design of mining practices fracture Butkov - Ladce Cement, Inc. for the years 2020-2025.
In the opening chapters describe the characteristics of the fracture, its location, location and history. Then the thesis deals with the description of the current method of mining, quarrying technological processes themselves, transportation, raw materials and finish their evaluation. Another chapter is devoted to the present state reserves of the deposit. In other parts of the work have already been addressed in the proposal mining techniques, which is directly connected to a valid plan for opening, preparation conquest, which was developed for the period 2011-2020. The next chapter deals with the technical-economic and environmental evaluation of the proposed solution.
