Tématem této bakalářské práce je strukturní rozbor niklové superslitiny INCONEL 713LC. Bakalářskou práci jsem rozdělil na teoretickou a praktickou část.
V teoretické části jsem popsal obecné charakteristiky niklu, včetně jejich rozdělení. Následně jsem se zaměřil na superslitiny niklu, konkrétně superslitinu INCONEL 713LC.
V praktické části jsem provedl strukturně-fázová analýzu superslitiny INCONEL 713LC pomocí světelného mikroskopu Olympus GX51 a řádkovacího elektronového mikroskopu JEOL JSM 6490LV za účelem zjištění licí struktury a minoritních fází. Také jsem provedl rozbor chemického složení, pomocí fluorescenční rentgenové spektrometrie.The main aim of bachelor thesis is the structural analysis of nickel-base superalloy INCONEL 716LC. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
The theoretical part generally describes the characteristics of nickel-based superalloys including sorting of individual superalloys. Subsequently, attention is focused on nickel superalloys, in particular super alloy INCONEL 713LC.
In the practical part is performed structural and phase analysis of superalloy INCONEL 713LC by light microscope Olympus GX51 and scanning electron microscope JEOL JSM 6490LV to determine the casting structure and minority phases.
