Abstract

Import 23/08/2017Těžištěm práce je optimalizace logistických nákladů v podniku. Cílem práce je nalézt takové řešení, které Moneta Money Bank, a.s. pomůže co nejvíce snížit celkové logistické náklady spojené s toky hotovosti v podniku. Řešení budeme hledat s ohledem na ekonomickou situaci Moneta Money Bank, a.s. Při nacházení řešení budeme tedy brát v úvahu i schopnost podniku investovat do nových technologií, s přihlédnutím na aktuální hospodářské výsledky a návratnost takových řešení. V rámci výzkumu byl analyzován logistický proces v podniku a za pomoci znalosti metod výpočtu pojistné zásoby pro dosažení určené výše kvality logistických služeb byly vypočítány alternativní limity pro řízení toků hotovosti v podniku. Dále byly zkoumány možnosti využití existujících softwarů nabízených společnostmi zabývajícími se plánováním toků hotovosti pro banky a jiné finanční společnosti. Výsledkem návrhu nového systému plánování přeprav hotovosti na obchodních místech je možná úspora ve výši 265 317,60Kč. Alternativní možnost využití plánovacího softwaru může přinést úspory ve výši 1 275 047Kč. Závěrem této práce je doporučení pro Moneta Money Bank, a.s., aby využila navrhované řešení v podobě plánovacího softwaru. Řešení jí přinese komplexnější optimalizaci pro procesy související s hotovostními toky v podniku s celkovou predikovanou úsporou 18,44% z rozpočtu na přepravy hotovosti v podniku.The focus of the work is the optimization of logistic costs in the company. The goal is to find a solution that will help Moneta Money Bank, a.s. to minimize overall logistic costs associated with cash handling in the company. We seek suitable solution to the economic situation of Moneta Money Bank, a.s.. We will therefore take into account the company's ability to invest in new technologies, taking into account the current economic performance and return of such solutions. We have analyzed the logistic process in the company and with knowledge of the methods of calculating safety stock to achieve certain logistic services quality. We calculate limits for alternative cash flow management in the enterprise. We also examine the possibility of using existing software offered by companies specialized in the planning of cash flow for banks and other financial companies. Result of the design of new planning system for transports cash at branches is possible saving 265 317,60CZK. The alternative possibility is using the scheduling software can bring saving 1 275 047,00CZK. The conclusion of this work is the recommendation for Moneta Money Bank, a.s. to use the solution of scheduling software. This solution will optimize processes associated with cash flows in the company with a total predicted saving of 18.44% of the budget for the cash handling in the company.152 - Katedra podnikohospodářskávýborn
