Abstract

After reminding the difference between the surface electro-coagulation-section and the photo-coagulation "at distance" by Laser-ray, the author underlines that the most interesting indications of the Laser-ray introduced into the digestive endoscopes are the destruction of esophageal and colonic tumors for inoperable patients or patients with operative risks.
