THE GEOMETRY OF METHYLENE IN THE FIRST TWO $^{3}A_{2}$ STATES

Results and their bearing on the ad-hoc hypothesis necessary for interpreting the UV spectre of $CH_{2}$ as arising from a bent triplet will be discussed
