Abstract

This study aimed to determine the development PUAP program, the level of participation of farmers and farmers' socioeconomic correlation between the level of farmer participation in the program PUAP. The method of determining census research subjects determined by the number of research subjects as much as 95 KK. Data analysis method used is descriptive and Spearman Rank correlation analysis with the help of the z test. Results showed Gapoktan I, the number of members who borrow increases are 26 people (113.04%) and a growing number of funds of Rp 30,124,800 (30.12%). Gapoktan II, the number of members that borrowing declined from 27 people to 1 people (96.30%) and the amount of funds decreased from Rp 100 million to Rp 21.448 million (78.55%), level of farmer participation in the program at Gapoktan PUAP I high, with a score of 22.28 and the low is Gapoktan II with a score of 12.74; There is a significant relationship between age, farming experience and frequency attend counseling / meeting with the level of farmer participation in the program PUAP Gapoktan I; There is a real relationship between the frequency of follow counseling / meeting with the level of farmer participation in the program PUAP Gapoktan II
