Abstract
El objetivo de esta investigación fue el de explorar la interacción de cuidadores no maternos con niños entre 2 a 4 años en una institución infantil, para dicha investigación se tuvo cuenta el constructo de sensibilidad en el cuidado, el Modelo Bio-ecológico de Bronfenbrenner y la teoría del apego. Se tuvieron en cuenta las siguientes categorías de análisis: regulación emocional, necesidades fisiológicas, lenguaje y las creencias que existen frente al cuidado infantil. Para el desarrollo de esta se realizó observación participante en la institución, registro etnográfico, MBQS Ideal y la aplicación de unos talleres. Los resultados muestran que existe una congruencia entre las creencias sobre el cuidado infantil y los comportamientos que tienen los cuidadores, igualmente se puede inferir que muchas de las estrategias utilizadas por estas cuidadoras están ligadas a unas reglas y normas institucionales. Los resultados planteados en este estudio permiten reconocer el valor de la sistematización de experiencias en investigación: generar transformaciones mientras se investiga, e igualmente para futuras investigaciones seria relevante poder evaluar el tipo de interacción que hay entre cuidador no materno y niño y la influencia de este en el desarrollo socioemocional, teniendo en cuenta la Escala Abreviada del Desarrollo."The object of the research was to explore the interaction of non-maternal caregivers with children of ages 2 to 4 of a specific institution, for the objects taken in matter for the research where the sensitivity ""construct"" of care, the bio-ecological model of Bronfenbrenner and the theory of attachment. The instruments used in the development of the research were participatory observation on site, ethnographic registry, ideal MBQS and workshops. Results show a certain congruence between the knowledge of childcare and the behavior that caregivers have, it can also be inferred that the strategies used by the caregivers are linked to a series of rules of the institution.
