Estado del arte mujer, trabajo y dolor crónico, una aproximación a la subjetividad de las mujeres

Abstract

El presente Estado del Arte se ocupó de problematizar las formas de producción de conocimiento científico que hay alrededor del padecimiento de dolor crónico en mujeres, particularmente en el ámbito laboral, a partir de las relaciones de género y algunos estudios feministas, con el fin de dar lugar a la comprensión de las distintas subjetividades. Se abordó el feminismo como aproximación metodológica pues permite resignificar las construcciones e imaginarios sociales que se han establecido en torno a cómo concebir las representaciones culturales de lo femenino, con el fin de romper con las verdades científicas hegemónicas. Así mismo, a través del conocimiento situado, la narratividad y la reflexividad, se pudo dar cuenta de las maneras en que los procesos sociales e históricos tienen un impacto en la constitución del dolor crónico y están permeadas por las relaciones de saber poder con el fin de cuestionarlas y transformarlas. En este sentido, se logró rescatar el carácter interdisciplinario de la investigación con el fin de plantear reflexiones en torno a las perspectivas frente a las mujeres, el dolor crónico y el trabajo. Se plantea cómo el dolor construye subjetividad y permite generar transformaciones de sentido a partir de una perspectiva de género que cuestiona las posiciones androcéntricas y patriarcales por las que ha atravesado la mujer y que la sitúan en contextos de vulnerabilidad y de no legitimidad.The present State of Art dealt with questioning the forms to produce scientific knowledge around the suffering of chronic pain in women, particularly in the workplace, based on relations of gender and feminist studies, in order to give place to the understanding of the different subjectivities. Feminism was addressed as a methodological approach cause it allows to give a new meaning to the constructions and social imaginaries that have been established around how conceive cultural representations of the feminine, in order to break with hegemonic scientific truths. Likewise, through the situated knowledge, narrative and reflexivity, it was able to realize of the ways in which social and historical processes have an impact on the formation of chronic pain and are permeated by relations of power-knowledge in order to question them and transform them. In this sense, was managed to rescue the interdisciplinary nature of research and propose some thoughts around the perspectives considering women, chronic pain and work. The possibility on how the pain builds subjectivity and can generate transformations of consciousness from a gender perspective that questions androcentric positions and patriarchal, where the female has gone through and situates her in contexts of vulnerability and not legitimacy is considered.Psicólogo (a)Pregrad
