Efek Moderasi Self- Efficacy pada Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional terhadap Perilaku Kewargaan Organisasional (Studi Empiris di Lembaga Keuangan Bukan Bank di Magelang)

Abstract

The goal of this research is to test the moderation effect of self-efficacy on the influenceemotional quotient at organizational citizenship behavior in financial institute non bank atMagelang religion. There are several hypotheses to be tested in this research. (1) There iseffect emotional quotient on organizational citizenship behavior (2) Self-efficacy for effectmoderating emotional quotient on organizational citizenship behavior. A survey wasconducted by using questionnaires from previous research. The questionnaires were sent to 8financial institute non bank at Magelang religion. The sample consisted of 96 respondents.Validity tests and reliability tests were used to test the questionnaires content. The studyemploys a moderated regression analysis (MRA) to analyze the hypotheses and ass it by SPSS16.00 from windows programs. The result supported of hypotheses 1 and not supportedhypothesis 2 of study. A thorough discussion on the relationship among the variables ispresented in this paper.Keywords: emotional quotient, self-efficacy, and perilaku kewargaan organisasiona
