Pengaruh Letak Biji dalam Buah dan Pemberian Macam Pupuk Kandang terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Sirsak (Annona Muricata Linn.)

Abstract

This research is done in a green house, agricultural faculty of UPN veteran, Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. With the height of the place about 1OOm dpl, this research was done from January 2007 up to July 2007. The purpose of the research is to know the influence of the location of a seed in a fruit and manure towards the growth of the best soursop seed.The design used in this research is factorial design that are composed in complete random design and it is repeated three times.The first fqctor is the location of the fruit in the base of the fruit, the location of the seed in the middle of the fruit and the location of the seed in the lop of the fruit. The second factor is the distribution of manure that consists of without manure, with hen droppings (hen manure), cow manure, goat manure. The data of the research is analized in terms of variety with the level of5%. To know tile difference of the treatment it is used double Duncan method with level of5 %. From the. results of the analysis it is concluded that. There is an interaction between the location ofthe seed in the fruit (L) and the distribution of manure (M) towards the growth of sour sop seed. The combination of the treatment, the location of the fruit with the hen manure (L2Ml) is the best combination towards the height of the seed 12 mspt, the width of the leaf 12 mspt, the number of chlorophyll 12 mspt, the diameter of the stem mspt, and volume of the root12 mspt. The location of the· middle part of the seed (L2) gives the best influence towards the growth of the soursop seed The distribution of hen manure (Ml) and cow manure (M2) gives better contribution towards the growth if the soursop eed than goal man.ure or without manure.
