Study of the efficacy of Linnett's potential

Abstract

For the mols. C2, BO, N2, BeO, MgO, CaF, and CN, the parameters of the model potential given by J. W. Linnett (1940) for diat. mols. were calcd. For BO, the calcd. potential-​energy curve agreed well with the true potential obtained by Singh and Rai (1985)​
