Abstract
El estudio de las relaciones entre los discursos y la narración en Tucídides se ha orientado preferentemente a analizar el contexto en el que se desarrollaron las intervenciones de los oradores, así como su mayor o menor importancia histórica. Para ello se realiza un estado de la cuestión y se intentan aclarar la cuestión de las relaciones internas de los discursos que antecedieron a la declaración de hostilidades en la Guerra del Peloponeso. Se realiza un análisis por la normativa retórica clásica referente a los discursos que tienen como tema la guerra y la paz.The study of the relationship between the speeches and the narration in Thucydides has been directed mainly to analyze the context in which the interventions were developed by the speakers, as well as their greater or lesser historic importance. This is done in a state of the question and try to clarify the question of the internal relations of the speeches that preceded the declaration of hostilities in the Peloponnesian War. An analysis is carried out by the regulations concerning classical rhetoric to the speeches that have as their theme the war and peace
