La terminología de la casa literana se ha dividido en el presente estudio en los siguientes apartados: las partes de la casa, las faenas caseras, la cocina, la chimenea y el hogar, el mobiliario, y la ropa y el aseo. El tipo de casa de La Litera es el de monobloque en alzado.
