Transmisión e irregularidad de la "Vida de san Millán de la Cogolla"

Abstract

Un vistazo de cerca a las múltiples tradiciones textuales de "La vida de San Millán", centrándose en sus irregularidades métricas, revela los " usus copiandi" de diferentes escribas a través de las diversas alteraciones hechas. Este estudio da soporte a las teorías que encuentran gran regularidad métrica en Berceo y describe las variadas tendencias de transcripción de la primera copia existente, a través de la modernización lingüística en la Edad Media y en el siglo XVIII.A close look at the different textual traditions of “La vida de San Millán”, focusing on their metrical irregularities, reveals the “usus copiandi” of different scribes through the different types of alterations made. This study gives support to those theories which find great metrical regularity in Berceo and describes the various copying trends from the first extant copy, through linguistic modernization in the Middle Ages and the eighteenth century.notPeerReviewe
